At PROSOCCER, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that customized jerseys and used footwear are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your PROSOCCER account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
